Your Role
Our Educating Teams are passionate and dedicated to the well-being and learning outcomes of each child.
As a Trainee Educator, you will:
Learn how to support the delivery of quality education and care, ensuring that all children are inspired to investigate, create, and explore their environment and participate in the educational program.
Uphold the rights of all children and acknowledge the place of childhood as a unique and critical part of human lifespan and development.
Collaborate closely with families, respecting them as a child's first teachers and working with them to understand and meet their needs and interests.
The Centre
Harmony Balmoral is located at the heart of the vibrant Balmoral community, close to the Brisbane River.
It is surrounded by heritage buildings and bustling cafés and provides care for 113 children aged birth to five years.
This leafy suburb is known for its family-friendly atmosphere, with plenty of parks, play areas, and a strong community spirit.
Harmony Balmoral offers easy access to public transport and has ample parking available.
About You
The ability to interact with children as confident, capable learners with voices to be respected.
An ability and desire to complete your Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.
