About the Role Travel to remote HHS across Queensland to provide all aspects of general and emergency oral health care, utilising currently accepted infection control practices, for attending patients.
Maintain professional standards and continually upgrade professional knowledge and skills in all areas of general oral health care.
Partner with Rural remote HHS to plan, develop, operationalise, and coordinate dental services.
Take responsibility for day-to-day management of a diverse team, including resource allocation, operational and clinical practice supervision, addressing general matters.
Work collaboratively and engage in effective communication with clinical service providers, service managers and clinical team leaders to facilitate early access to oral health services and support effective service delivery, appropriate discharge, good clinical outcomes and stakeholder satisfaction.
