We take a values-based leadership approach putting our people at the centre of everything we do, striving to deliver our mission of Excellence in Care through our CORE Values of Collaboration, Openness, Respect and Empowerment.ABOUT THE ROLEThe Manager Workforce Analytics and Reporting has the responsibility to lead the development and delivery of detailed workforce analytics and workforce business intelligence initiatives to provide strategic advice to inform business decisions which support our workforce to deliver excellence in care. You are able to demonstrate highly proficient use of StaffLink Oracle or a similar complex HRIS system along with analytical skills in the development and interpretation of corporate reporting using Excel, Qlik, Power BI or other data analytic tools.You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and are well versed in the provision of accurate and timely reports related to workforce analytics.
