About the Position:
As a Senior Accountant, you will:
Prepare and review complex tax returns and financial statements for various clients (companies, trusts, individuals, partnerships) Advise clients on tax planning, compliance, and strategies Act as the primary contact for assigned clients, assisting with queries and providing tailored solutions Provide business performance insights, financial planning, and budgeting Work with the Director of the business who will mentor you one-on-one
Skills and Experiences:
Proven experience working in an Australian accounting firm for at least 4+ years Experience with direct client engagement, and offering tax planning strategies and advice Experience working with complex tax matters such as Div7A, FBT, CGT, R&D (SMSF's is a bonus)
Completion or open to pursue CA/CPA qualification Experience using MYOB, Reckon, and Handitax is preferential Benefits:
