Role Summary Position: General Dentist
Location: Smiles on Chapel
Type: Part Time, 2 days per week with the possibility for more
Salary: Competitive, commensurate with experience
Key Responsibilities Conduct routine and complex dental treatments, utilizing full scope dentistry, including RCT, extractions, implants, crowns, bridges, and other restorative procedures. Develop strong relationships with patients to understand their needs and wants, ensuring personalised and effective care. Collaborate closely with Oral Health Therapists and other dental specialists to ensure coordinated patient care. Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventative care, and post-treatment care to promote long-term dental health. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of practice protocols and patient care standards. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Dentistry and AHPRA registration. Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in general dentistry. Exceptional communication skills for effective patient and team interaction. Commitment to continuous professional development and innovative practices. Preferred Skills Experience with complex treatment planning. Strong track record of patient satisfaction. Proficiency in Arabic to serve a diverse patient base.
