Client-Side Project Manager

As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for liaising with the consultants and the main contractor through the delivery of a commercial project.
You will work closely with the main contractor to ensure that the project is delivered on time.
About the ClientMy client is a well-known client-side project management firm that specialise in residential, commercial, defense, and transport projects.
They are seeking an experienced client-side project manager to deliver these projects.
Key ResponsibilitiesActing as the client with the head contractorCost plan management, monitoring, and budget controlEstablish, lead, and manage project governance processesTendering documentation and processesContract administration and works supervisionConduct daily site visits to monitor progressIdentify and resolve any issues or conflictsMaintain a strong focus on safety and the environmentRequirementsTertiary qualification relevant to Construction or EngineeringProven experience in a Project Manager positionStrong attention to detailBe collaborative and a team playerExcellent verbal & written communication skillsBenefitsOpportunity to work client-sideGreat work-life balance.Lucrative salary package.A great pipeline of projects.Please call Annabel Pease from Gough Recruitment at or email your CV to .
