Position: Other (Administration & Office Support)Sector: Government - State (Government & Defence)Employment Type: Full timeSalary: $3,984.30 to $4,329.20 per fortnight + superEssential Requirements:High level of proficiency to undertake high-level secretariat and project support for executive level governing bodies, whilst maintaining confidentiality of subject matter.Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced portfolio/program or project team environment and prioritise/organise work within strictly defined deadlines and to the required quality.Demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to define portfolio/program/project tasks, set priorities and coordinate activities effectively to meet competing deadlines, with a track record of proven and sustained outcomes.Well-developed interpersonal, oral and written communication skills to a range of different audiences with a strong commitment to customer service, quality and teamwork.Proficient skills to quality check documentation using the Microsoft Office Suite (including Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint applications).Key Responsibilities:Lead quality checking activities of documentation to be sent to high-level executives ensuring adherence to the Queensland Health style guide as required.Maintain close working relationships with portfolio team members, executive support staff, managers and other stakeholders.Undertake project management activities by developing and maintaining formal documentation, records and registers in accordance with the project management lifecycle.Provide high-level support including maintaining databases, templates, dashboards, document management and filing systems for the portfolio.Adhere to defined service quality standards, health and safety policies and procedures relating to the work being undertaken to ensure high quality, safe services and workplaces.Qualifications, Registrations and Other Requirements:While not mandatory, relevant professional qualifications (such as PRINCE2) would be well regarded.Ability to work across South East Queensland sites.How to Apply:A short-written response (maximum 1-2 pages, dot points acceptable) on how your experience, abilities, knowledge and personal qualities would enable you to achieve the key responsibilities and meet the skill requirements of the role.Your current CV or resume, including two referees who have a thorough knowledge of your capabilities, work performance and conduct within the previous two years.
