Take this opportunity to become part of a company that offers stability, a positive fulfilling work environment and unlimited opportunities.The RoleAs one of our Centre Technicians, you will be expected to deliver consistent, accurate, high quality customer service and plant & machinery repair work to our customers. The job will challenge you to provide solutions and build relationships with a variety of customer types. This is a hands-on role in our fast-paced workshop.You will be part of a team serving customers over the counter, taking sales enquiries over the phone and providing the highest standard of customer service which we all pride ourselves on giving. Here's your opportunity to utilise your knowledge and skills to develop a rewarding career with a company whose quality, service and safety sets us apart from others.Our role is best suited to applicants who reside in the Port Hedland area or are ready and willing to relocate.YouTo be considered for this position you can be any gender, age, ethnicity, size or shape but you must have:A mechanical backgroundPrevious hose assembly experience is not essential; however, you will ideally have:A trade certificate and/or previous experience within the Hydraulics industry being highly regardedA strong understanding of and a commitment to faultless customer serviceStrong verbal and written communication and numerical skillsOrganized and reliable, with a team player attitudeAn underlying level of urgency balanced with strict attention to detailThe ability to think on your feet and solve problems under pressureA readiness to uproot and relocate to Port HedlandJob Type: Full-timePay: $40.00 – $50.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:Employee discountHousing allowanceSchedule:8 hour shiftOvertimeSupplementary Pay:Overtime payPenalty ratesQuarterly bonusExperience:Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)Mechanical or Hose Assembly: 1 year (Required)Licence/Certification:Driver Licence (Required)Work Authorisation:Australia (Required)Work Location: In person
