Join our growing Compliance team in Sydney.
This role is a full-time permanent position.
Reporting to the Team Leader – Compliance, you will be responsible for providing a range of compliance and administrative services for our team who specialise in strata building compliance.ObjectivesManage annual fire safety statements, cooling tower, lift registration, swimming pool and any other compliance requirements.Issue work orders and quote requests.Liaise with contractors, strata managers and strata committees to ensure inspections and defect works are closed out by the renewal dates.Manage tasks and renewal dates for building compliance.Maintain Building compliance pages within our Community Hub operating platform.Complete invoicing for customers as per contract agreements.About youIdeally you will have 2 years' experience in a similar all-rounder role specialising in administration, but if not, the right attitude and willingness to learn and grow will set you apart from the restYou're known for outstanding client service and communication skills (written & verbal).You can professionally deal with clients and third parties.You have an eye for detail and exceptional time management skills.If you want to be the "glue" for our tribe and are genuinely a nice person who is always willing to pitch in when the chips are down, then we will consider youWe are a hardworking team, who pride ourselves on being loyal, supportive and we always work with the highest integrity.What we can offer youFlexibility – Hybrid work schedules working from home five days each fortnight.A Day Off – On your birthday because you deserve itBenefits - Paid parental leave, discounted health insurance, hospital excess coverage, discounted fitness memberships, and study leave, to name a few.How to applyIf you're ready for that next step in your career and want to join an industry leader at an exciting period of transformation, please apply via the link.
