This role is based at Perisher, the largest ski resort in the Southern Hemisphere, located in the beautiful Snowy Mountains region of South-Eastern NSW and just a two-hour drive from Canberra and the Far South Coast.
Perisher is part of Vail Resorts who own and operate ski areas including iconic resorts including Falls Creek and Hotham in Australia as well as Park City, Beaver Creek, Whistler Blackcomb and Vail in North America.
We are looking for a skilled electrician for a 3-month period to assist the Skitube team in undertaking summer building and plant maintenance as well as assisting with building projects as directed and in accordance with the requirements of the Safety and Environmental Management System (SEMS) and ensure that all associated documentation is completed, properly controlled and filed.
In a typical day in this role, you might: •                     Provide or assist with electrical inspection and maintenance services to the Station Resort, and Bullocks Flat and Perisher Terminals as directed.
•                     Complete smaller projects at the Station Resort, and Bullocks Flat and Perisher Terminals as directed.
•                     Complete relevant reporting and recording of work and events carried out or observed.
•                     Ensure all maintenance and or inspection documentation is properly authorised, completed and filed.
