This is the role for you. The Role: This is a pivotal role in each clinic that contributes to clinic performance and enhances our customers' experience.
We are looking for a passionate and purpose-driven individual whose outstanding organisational and sales skills will help more people get access to better hearing.
You will collaborate with Clinicians and Hearing Technicians (where applicable) to provide quality hearing health care outcomes for all our clients.
You will learn about all our products, services, our competitive advantages, and government funding programs.
With all this knowledge, skills and tools you will apply tailored client-specific sales strategies ensuring they get the best possible solutions.
Responsibilities: Book and confirm appointments for clients with our online schedule toolWork with clients to determine their entitlement to government funding assistance and health fund rebatesFollow up with existing clients to encourage renewal of the maintenance programPerform hearing screening checks (full training is provided)Provide administrative support for day-to-day clinic operations You will be successful in this role if you have: Previous customer service experience in one of the following environments: retail, hearing care services, pharmacy, or allied healthExperience working with an older demographic, preferredStrong interpersonal communication skills and empathy for clients to support their hearing journeyHigher School Certificate (HSC) or TAFE QualificationHave a current valid visa to work in Australia What's in it for you: Permanent part-time: 4 days: Monday-Thursday: 9 am to 5 pmLocation: BunburySupportive hearing care teamProfessional development through clear career path and professional trainingMyRewards program – a program that offers discounts to more than 300 retailers and services across AustraliaOnline Wellbeing center – a platform offering activities, workouts, meditations, nutritional and financial advice – everything you need to live a healthier and happier lifeEmployee Assistance ProgramBirthday and Christmas gifts Our Values: Audika is proud to have a diverse and inclusive culture that acknowledges and respects our employees.
