Factor Constructions is growing, and we're looking for a hands-on Project Manager / Site Supervisor to take full ownership of multiple projects.

What You'll Be Doing Hands-On Supervision: Oversee site activities, leading construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to keep everything on track.Project Management: Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and plans – you'll be in charge of your own projects from start to finish.Stakeholder Liaison: Keep clients, architects, and other stakeholders in the loop, addressing any concerns and providing updates.Compliance: Ensure all work meets building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.Procurement & Logistics: Manage materials, equipment, and site logistics to ensure everything runs smoothly.Problem Solving: Anticipate and resolve issues to keep your projects on time and on budget.Drive Efficiency: Identify opportunities to improve processes and implement smarter construction methods.What We're Looking For Experience: 3+ years in a similar role, managing and supervising projects, ideally with medium-to-high-density residential or commercial builds.Leadership: Strong leadership skills to inspire teams, maintain site discipline, and deliver top-quality results.Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of construction techniques, NCC, and relevant regulations.Communication: Clear, professional communication skills to work effectively with clients, teams, and stakeholders.Problem-Solving: The ability to think critically and resolve issues on the fly.Ownership: You're organised, proactive, and thrive on taking full control of your projects.Why Join Factor?
