Company Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Full Time Reservations Agent who has experience in a similar role or on a hotel reception desk to join our team at Novotel Sydney Parramatta.
Job Description
Manage and process all reservations via phone, email, and online platforms with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly.Collaborate with the revenue lead to ensure that all rates and channels are optimised to maximise hotel performance.Work closely with hotel operational teams to ensure effective communication leading to seamless guest experiences.Maintain knowledge of hotel services, room types, rates, and promotions to effectively assist guests.Utilise our reservation system to track bookings and update guest information as necessary.Assist in upselling hotel services and amenities to enhance guest satisfaction.Qualifications
About you:
Previous experience in a reservations or front desk role within the hospitality industry is preferred.Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanour.Proficiency in using reservation systems and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.A passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences.Demonstrated ability and passion to deliver exceptional guest service over the phone and face to face.Exceptional organisational & time management skills.What We Offer: Competitive salary package commensurate with experience.Opportunities for career development within a growing hotel group.Employee discounts on accommodation and dining.A supportive and inclusive work environment.Discover a world where life pulses with passion.
