Contracts Administration (Administration & Office Support) Full time Exciting opportunity available for an experienced Contracts Administrator to join one of our highly regarded clients within the resource sector and play an important role in providing CA support to the Commercial Manager for upcoming projects
Full time, Permanent position Based in Malaga office - ample parking facilities available Competitive remuneration package on offer Responsibilities: Responsible for managing procurement, budgets, progress claims, documentation, and disputes.
Ensuring compliance with company procedures, statutory, and legal requirements.
Perform cost control, estimating, budgeting, forecasting, subcontract claim reviews, and commercial negotiations.
Ensure budgetary targets are met or exceeded.
Reviewing contracts and rewriting/making any amendments as required.
Liaising between Chief Commercial Manager and Engineers/Supervisors.
Raising any contractual and commercial issues amongst the project team.
Liaising with engineers/supervisors ensuring claims/variations are recorded.
Procurement & Subcontract Management.
Requirements: 2+ years Contracts Administration experience within Engineering and Resources sector.
Full Australian working rights.
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
Tertiary Qualifications in Commercial Management, Commercial Law, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or similar.
Proven knowledge of contract law, administration and financial services.
Proven commercial & risk management, planning, project controls and contractual management skills.
Working knowledge of leadership and performance management.
