We are seeking a talented Senior Clinical Research Associate in Australia.
Role Overview:As a Senior Clinical Research Associate, you will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing clinical research projects from inception to completion.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to regulatory standards, protocol compliance, and data integrity.
Your expertise will contribute to the development of cutting-edge therapies that have the potential to transform the landscape of cancer treatment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate clinical research activities in accordance with regulatory requirements and study protocols.
Perform site evaluations, initiation visits, monitoring visits, and close-out visits to ensure compliance and quality data collection.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with investigative sites, investigators, and study coordinators.
Conduct training sessions to educate site staff on study protocols, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Proactively identify and address issues or deviations from protocol, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes, optimize study timelines, and drive operational excellence.
You:
A positive 'can do' attitude.
Bachelor's degree in a scientific field.
Experience in Oncology.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in clinical research.
Proven track record of successful management and execution of clinical trials in accordance with ICH-GCP guidelines.
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in clinical research.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
