Fraser Coast Psychologyis a well-established, highly reputable and successful private practice located in the beautiful surrounds ofHervey Bay(Queensland). We are currently a team of 5 practitioners who work well together covering all ages across the lifespan (children, teenagers, adults and older persons). With full caseloads and extensive waiting lists, the practice covers the areas of NDIS, Mental Health Care Plans, EAP, and WorkCover, as well as offering the administration of psychological assessments and report writing. Face to face, telehealth and phone consultations are also provided as per client request and/or referral.As a highly valued practice within the region, I have the opportunity to employ a Psychologist to fill the position and expand to meet current demand. Fully Registered Psychologists and/or Clinical Psychologists (medicare registered) are preferable, however Provisional Psychologists are also welcome to apply.Peer supervision is available regularly within the practice as is the opportunity to network with other Psychologists and professionals within the local area.The position is available on a full-time and/or part-time basis. Days and hours are flexible and will be negotiated at the time of offer, along with salary.Provisional or Full Registration with APHRA as a PsychologistMedicare Provider Number (or eligibility to apply) is desirable, but not essentialMotivated to deliver Best Practice Psychological Services to a range of clienteleAbility to work autonomously and possess a high level of written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work in a 'team environment' with other Psychologists and admin staffPossess excellent client management and time management skillsBe flexible and adaptable and willing to learn and grow as a PsychologistExperience or a passion for working with one or more of the following presentations is desirable (but not essential): Children (0-18), Disabilities (NDIS clientele), Adults (18 and over), EAP, WorkCover, Trauma, Relationships, Couples etcWillingness to obtain professional indemnity insurance as well as APS/AAPi membership is essentialOther:Fantastic opportunity to be a part of an experienced team delivering services to all clientele and presentationsFlexible working arrangements to best suit work/life balance (ie.
