Communications Advisor - 12 months Fixed TermGladstone Ports Corporation – Gladstone QLDCOMMUNICATIONS ADVISOR - 12 Months Fixed TermWe are seeking a proactive, values driven and highly organised Communications Advisor to join our team for a 12-month fixed term period. Currently reporting to the Head of Corporate Relations & Indigenous Affairs and working within a dedicated team, you will be responsible and accountable for the delivery of internal communications support and stakeholder engagement to enhance Gladstone Ports Corporation's social licence to operate and support reputation growth with employees, customers and the communities in which it operates.In addition, you will:Implement GPC's internal communications and employee engagement plansSupport the delivery of internal communications initiatives in line with GPC's internal communications frameworksContribute to the design and delivery of communications training for internal project leads to increase self-reliance and effectivenessMaintain internal communications channels, including GPC Updates, GPC's intranet page, digital screens, Port Life, social media platforms and other project specific contentDevelop and implement internal communications campaigns, including communications collateralProvide photography for inclusion in publicationsCreate artwork for digital and print using the Adobe Creative SuiteProvide support across the Corporate Relations and Indigenous Affairs portfolio as requiredOther advisory duties as required from time to timeAbout YouJoin our team if you're a motivated and enthusiastic individual with a strong drive for success.
