In this role, you will be paid a full-time wage while we train you
Participate in the most in-depth training program for Tattoo Removal in the world.
We pay you to learn
Money cannot buy the knowledge we will provide during our in-depth training program.
You will learn from the leaders in the industry who are focused on developing you into our next Tattoo Removal expert

The Role
As a Laser Tattoo Removal Junior, your core focus will be on providing a consistently exceptional experience for each client.

Your role will be service-focused, consisting of reception duties, administration, and supporting the clinic managers with everyday tasks.

Once competent, your role will also include consulting, treating, and building and maintaining rapport with clients.

Some of the Duties Include
Meet and greet clients, providing the highest level of service Take & make phone calls - Answer all client questions, make new or amend appointments, or answer general questions relating to our service Using our CRM system, create new appointments, reschedule, and maintain client bookings Support all Clinic Managers with daily tasks Client consultations Client follow-up & retention About You
You will bring with you a drive to succeed, a willingness to learn, and a focus on providing exceptional customer service.

You have experience in a customer service or client-facing role.

You will be passionate, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
You will have exceptional written and verbal communication skills and a sound knowledge of the skin.

You will be confident talking to new clients and have a passion for achieving results.

What Are We Looking For?

Tuesday to Saturday full-time availability (we are closed Sunday & Monday).
No late nights
Background in customer service or client-facing role essential Happy to travel and provide support to both our Castle Hill & Penrith locations Education in beauty therapies essential Experience working in a beauty clinic essential Intermediate computer skills (Word, Excel) and quick to learn technology Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Great attitude to learn and develop Strong team player with the ability to build relationships with clients and teammates Passionate and eager to help customers A bright personality with a can-do attitude Excellent verbal and written communication skills and active listening High attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and adaptability Ability to follow company policies and processes Willingness to learn, self-motivated, and team-oriented Be looking to build a career in the industry
