About the Role The successful applicant will have:
Demonstrated advanced knowledge of Neurosciences contemporary nursing theory, practice, treatments and outcomes. Demonstrated Neurosciences specialist advanced skills and knowledge, evidence of autonomous advanced skills and knowledge. Managed patient care within resources, demonstrating problem-solving expertise to ensure quality standards are maintained. Utilised transformational leadership to build capacity, capability, engagement and motivation of nursing teams to understand the importance of providing evidence-informed care. Expertise in rostering, allocating and HR management. Experience in developing structures, systems and processes to ensure quality assurance and efficient Neurosciences nursing care delivery. Experience in achieving key performance indicators and specialist standards. The appointee will be required to work EARLY SHIFTS Monday to Friday.
