Duration: 12 months
Australian Citizenship is essential for this role Date rate: $679 + GST
Hybrid working mode
Responsibilities: Cloud Infrastructure Management: Design, implement, and manage scalable, reliable, and secure cloud infrastructure using AWS services, including but not limited to EC2, RDS, Elasticache, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch, and S3.DevOps Practices: Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform, and Packer to automate the deployment process, ensuring smooth and efficient software releases.System Monitoring & Maintenance: Implement and manage monitoring solutions using stacks such as Elastic Stack (ELK), ensuring system performance, reliability, and security.Containerization & Orchestration: Deploy, manage, and scale containerized applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and/or OpenShift.Automation & Scripting: Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using tools like Terraform and Ansible. Write and maintain scripts in Bash, Python, or other languages.Collaboration: Work closely with development teams to ensure that solutions are designed with scalability, security, and performance in mind.Security: Implement security best practices across cloud environments, including IAM, network security, data protection, and compliance.Troubleshooting & Support: Provide advanced troubleshooting support for production issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for infrastructure, processes, and procedures.Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the team.Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Cloud and DevOps roles, with strong hands-on experience in AWS.Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert) are a plus.
Technical Skills:Strong experience with AWS services (EC2, RDS, Elasticache, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch, S3).Proficiency in DevOps tools (Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform, Packer).Experience with monitoring stacks such as Elastic Stack (ELK).Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration platforms (Kubernetes, OpenShift).Knowledgeable with PHP applications, including Drupal.Solid experience with server-side administration using Linux (RHEL).Familiarity with Windows Server and Entra ID is a bonus.
