Typically 1-2 years of experience is required.We are a technology and logistics company that started with door-to-door delivery, and we are looking for team members who can help us go from a company that is known for delivering food to a company that people turn to for any and all goods.DoorDash is growing rapidly and changing constantly, which gives our team members the opportunity to share their unique perspectives, solve new challenges, and own their careers.About the RoleDoorDash is looking for a strong individual contributor within Sales Strategy - Sales Planning & Incentives, to execute top company business objectives and help define our sales strategy and planning roadmap.What you'll be responsible forGenerate new sales opportunities and move them through the funnel by drafting outreach messages and sequences, and identifying the needs of customers.Efficiently navigate the CRM and other operational tools to create, update, retrieve, and understand information about accounts and opportunities.Identify opportunities to enhance processes and resources that enable team performance and time spent with prospects or customers.Skills you'll needFocuses on outcomes and the steps it takes to achieve them.Critical thinking.Identifies and synthesizes patterns and trends amongst various sources of information to reach a meaningful conclusion, perspective or insight.Problem solving.Identifies problems and develops logical solutions that address the problems.Meet the teamWhether you're signing on new Merchants or focused on Consumers, prepare for rapid growth and help us deliver excellence around the world.The Sales Team is viewed as the heart and soul of DoorDash.
