As a sign of our continued growth and success by an expanding client base, we are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Brisbane team working from our office in Mt Gravatt.

One of our key markets is Insurance and Wealth Management and due to an increase in opportunities in that market, we are now seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our highly-experienced Brisbane team.

We are seeking a confident, self-starter with experience performing insurance recruitment (agency or internal).
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will work closely with your clients to source great candidates for a wide range of different positions.
You'll be the go-to for both your candidates and clients, bringing excellent communication and customer service standards to support them through the recruitment process.
What will you be doing?As a specialised Insurance Recruitment Consultant, your role is not just about matching great candidates with great clients, but also striving to hit key targets and contribute to team goals.
In this role you will be client-facing whilst working with other team members to source candidates for your roles.
Key duties include:
Account Management – ongoing relationships building with our recruitment partners through customer service and outcome deliveryBusiness Development – sourcing new client opportunities that can benefit from our service and expertiseJob ads - Develop a marketing campaign that's eye-catching and informative to attract candidatesSourcing - Search and engage with new and existing candidates to build long-term relationshipsInterviews - Conducting consultations with candidates to understand their background, motivators and career directionProfiling - articulate the strengths and capabilities of your candidates to clients to progress them to interviewPartnership - Working alongside other specialist team members dedicated to servicing the clients in the industry to develop a strategic plan for your candidatesPlacements - Negotiating and facilitating the successful placement of candidatesFUN - being successful is fun and we have lots of both planned for this new team memberSkills you'll need as our Recruitment Consultant?We are looking for our next superstar team member to bring their recruitment experience with them.

Key traits we are looking for include:
