You will achieve this by utilising approved implementation and configuration methodologies along with critical thinking skills, the ability to maintain customer relationships on-site and by leveraging your experience engaging with customers to achieve an effective and desirable position for both parties.Your secondary role is to provide Level 3 application support for designated customers and software applications.Main Responsibilities:Develop, improve, and use Quality, System Build, Testing and Transition plans to meet contractual commitments including time frame, quality, and cost dimensions.Maintain a lead role as Product Specialist in support of customers and the sales function.Define and deliver configuration requirements to customers.Gather and translate business and technical requirements.Configure and implement the applications at a high quality.Actively participate in software configuration planning and management.Proactively communicate all design, build, testing and quality risks, assumptions, and dependencies for timely escalation.Act as escalation-point for the support team (Level 3 Application Support Specialist) as needed to deliver the contracted response times at various severity levels during project delivery.Participate in pre-sales activities as required.Assist in the preparation of quotations and tender process responses such as EOI's, RFT's, RFQ's as required.Work across understanding of release and configuration management.Write technical documentation.Possess a broad and in-depth understanding of Hexagon's product portfolio.And other reasonable tasks as directed from time to time.Some of our Benefits:Company Paid Parental LeaveFlexible Hybrid Work: 3 days in-office, 2 days from home (subject to change)Udemy Access: Free eLearning coursesEyeCare Benefit: $100 for glasses and eye careEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Company-Paid Life Insurance & TPD: With our superannuation fund (Australia Retirement Trust)Engagement Activities: Christmas parties, quarterly events, and monthly morning teasService Awards: Monetary rewards for every 5 years of serviceReward & Recognition Platform: Earn and give recognition and reward points for $Access to our Corporate Advisor & Financial Wellbeing PartnerRelaxed Dress CodeFully Stocked Kitchen: Breakfast, fruit, snacks, coffee, and teaYou must have the right to live and work in Australia to apply for this job.Summary of role requirements:Looking for candidates available to work:Monday: Morning, Afternoon, EveningTuesday: Morning, Afternoon, EveningWednesday: Morning, Afternoon, EveningThursday: Morning, Afternoon, EveningFriday: Morning, Afternoon, EveningMore than 4 years of relevant work experience required for this roleWorking rights required for this roleExpected start date for role: 01 February 2025
