Fixed Term (1-year contract) positionFull time hours, however, we are also happy to consider 30 hours per weekThis role can be based at our Scarborough or Cloverdale Office with free parking on site, however, we will be moving to our new head office in Bentley mid next yearSalary starting from $127,104 per annum plus superannuation and the opportunity to salary packageAdditional paid break between Christmas and New YearUnique opportunity to work in an organisation passionate about diversity and inclusionAmazing people and rewarding team culture with highly capable and welcoming colleaguesAbout you We are seeking a People and Culture Manager to join our team and provide support in the following areas:
Lead a dedicated People and Culture team providing line management, coaching and supportAct as an escalation point for employee relations mattersContribute to policy and procedure developmentRun our annual performance review processProduce HR Reporting and analytics as requiredProvide advice and coaching to line managersMonitor compliance ensure obligations are consistently metApply Now Submit your current resume and a concise cover letter addressing the full selection criteria as provided in the Position Description.
