Safety Managers are responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing the company's employee safety at work.
Their main duty is to ensure that the company is in compliance and adheres to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) guidelines.
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Safety Manager to join our team.
As a Safety Manager, you will be responsible for facilitating compliance with occupational health and safety (OSH) guidelines.
Your main goal will be to always ensure a safe working environment and prevent any injuries and accidents.
Safety Manager Duties and ResponsibilitiesPlan and implement OHS policies and programsAdvise and lead employees on various safety-related topicsPrepare educational seminars and webinars on a regular basisReview existing policies and proceduresAdhere to all the rules and regulationsWork with HR to set up a new employee onboarding process for safetyConduct risk assessmentsEnforce preventative measuresRecruit and hire new safety employeesTrain, manage, and guide your staffIdentify process bottlenecks and offer timely solutionsCheck if all the employees are acting in adherence to rules and regulationsPrepare and present reports on accidents and violations and determine causesOversee workplace repairs, installations, and any other work that could harm employee safety #J-18808-Ljbffr
