Only ambitious driven candidates need apply Posh Services (a division of Rentokil Initial), has a great opportunity for a Team Leader to join our team based in Penrith on a full time permanent basis.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading, managing and developing the installation team.
Responsible for delivering efficient, on-time quality installations achieving high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities in this role include: Adhere to our company's safety standards at all times. Assist the Plantscape Consultant on bespoke designs and deliver on the project installation. A hands-on approach to Coach, mentor and train the Installation Team to achieve targets. Monitor and review service and installation productivity rates, seek improvement and continually improve productivity. Conduct regular quality audits. Ensure Company service practices are met and identify opportunities to improve service standards. Ensure the team's company vehicles are maintained in a safe, reliable and clean condition. Proactively resolve customers' issues and develop and maintain long term customer relationships. Ideally the successful candidate will have: Available for early starts - 4 am or sometimes earlier 3 or more years within the service industry, preferably Horticulture Prior experience working within the Plant Hire industry (Preferred) High level of communication The drive to lead by example to set a high standard of customer service and standards Service complaint resolution The successful candidate must be able to pass a pre-employment medical, reference & police check.
