We have over 10 years' experience as an approved provider in Home Care, Veteran's Community Nursing (DVA), and Disability Support (NDIS) specializing in older clients.You may have seen our ads before.

We believe that every great Care Manager has been a great Support WorkerWhat We Need From YouA passion for caring and supporting people to live their best livesAlways respectful and polite while upholding professional boundaries of being friendly and not friendsCurrent driver licence and your own insured vehicle – travel is a part of the roleCompleted a Certificate III in Aged, Community or Disability or are willing to obtainCovid-19 VaccinatedCurrent NDIS Worker Screening/Yellow Card – or –Current National Police Check and be willing to obtain NDIS Worker ScreeningCurrent First Aid & CPR CertificateNDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate of CompletionLastly, you have the right attitude and you take each day as it comes as some clients can be challenging, but you don't take it personally.
