We have two superb opportunities for two Tellers to join our Northcote branch
As a Teller , you will be the first point of contact for our customers when they walk into our branch.
Your role will be a dynamic and rewarding one, as you help guide customers towards their financial goals, referring them to the right specialists and addressing their general banking queries.
Each day brings new challenges and opportunities, where no two days – or customers – are the same
The Hours These are part-time, branch-based roles and rosters are as follows: Teller 1: Monday to Thursday 9am – 1.30pm and Friday 9am – 2pm Teller 2: Monday to Thursday 12pm – 4.30pm and Friday 12.30pm – 5.30pm What will I need to succeed?
Numerical Skills: Proficiency in handling cash and an ability to complete financial transactions with accuracy Customer Service Experience: ideally in a customer-facing role Personality: an energetic personality coupled with a genuine passion for helping people Resilience: Ability to remain calm and composed while managing challenging situations or difficult customers Adaptability: a will to learn and adapt to new banking procedures and technologies No banking experience?
