Clinical Nurse Consultant - Chronic Kidney Disease Join Darling Downs Health as a Clinical Nurse Consultant – Chronic Kidney Disease, where you can make a meaningful impact on the lives of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander patients and their families.
You'll lead innovative care, educate a dedicated team, and help improve chronic kidney disease management in the South Burnett Region.
What your day will look like....
In this role, you'll connect with patients and their families, providing personalized care and support.
Working closely with a collaborative team, you'll share your expertise and mentor others, ensuring culturally sensitive care is at the forefront.
You'll help develop best practices and use evidence-based approaches to achieve positive health outcomes, empowering the community and making a real difference in their journey to better health.
