And now we're seeking an Associate Director, Platform Engineering to join our Tech Foundations Tribe.
This is a senior role in our engineering organisation and will require you to develop a positive relationship with our Digital, CX, regulatory, and cyber security teams.
You will own the roadmap for the platform and apply a product mentality to its evolution; working with customers (internal product teams) to understand their needs, developing and evolving new and existing capabilities, and constantly seeking to improve the security and operational efficiency of the platform.
Our Technical Product Managers come from varied engineering, product, or delivery backgrounds – it's not unusual to find past experiences such as Staff Engineer, Product Owner, or Delivery Lead on their LinkedIn profiles.
What they all have in common is they're customer oriented, curious technologists who are passionate about product-thinking, and love to apply engineering to ensure what we build is balanced.
