As Clinic Manager, you'll guide our team in helping clients achieve their version of FEELING GOOD by:
Leading by Example: Motivate your team to excel in their roles and achieve KPIs, leaving them feeling empowered.Operational Excellence: Oversee smooth day-to-day clinic operations and manage staffing needs for optimal coverage.Client Experience: Deliver our Customer Value Proposition to exceed client expectations and be the one they rave aboutBusiness Growth: Drive clinic profitability and expansion, igniting a sense of WICKED ambition.We'd feel ELECTRIC if you have: Formal qualification in Beauty (i.e.
