Role: Roof Tilling - Trainer and Assessor
Job Type: Contractual
Location: Bankstown, NSW
Salary: $100 per hour
What We Are Looking For: Our company is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) applying for re-registration and looking for a qualified Trainer and Assessor for Roof Tilling.
To be a successful trainer, you will need to have an in-depth knowledge of Roof Tilling and a passion for mentoring and passing on your knowledge to the next generations.
Inspire and deliver the assigned programs using your extensive knowledge, past experience, and examples guided by comprehensive learning materials.
Provide support and feedback to ensure successful completion of programs.
This is a contractual role, and successful candidates will be rewarded with a generous amount.
Qualifications and Other Requirements: Hold a Certificate III in Roof Tilling.TAE is preferred or willing to obtain one.Experience in training, teaching, or lecturing is desirable.Ability to demonstrate a trainer matrix relevant to the course.Strong presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.Strong time-management and organisational skills.Knowledge of current industry standards and practices.Confidence and motivation to deliver first-class face-to-face education.Sensitivity and ability to adapt teaching styles to students of different cultural backgrounds.Experience: Roof Tilling: 1 year (Preferred)Trainer and Assessor: 1 year (Preferred)Licence/Certification: Certificate III in Roof Tilling (Preferred)TAE (Preferred)Work Authorisation: Australia (Preferred)Work Location: In person
