Reporting to the Senior Management Accountant, you will own the accounts receivable and payable function and be responsible for managing the customers ledger. Apply now as we are looking to fill this role immediately.Duties include:Responsibility for the end-to-end accounts receivable processInvestigating and processing customer credit claimsTimely and accurate processing of invoicesCompleting all payment runsHandling and processing all supplier queriesInvestigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiriesAssisting in general financial management and analysisProvide support to the finance team where requiredTo be successful in this role, you will need:The ability to multi-task, organise, prioritise and work autonomously in a busy environmentTo be a team playerRelevant accounting experience is desirableExperience in Xero is a bonusSolid MS Office knowledge and experience, in particular with ExcelAnalytical & problem-solving skillsAttention to detail and a high level of accuracyWhat makes 1st Energy a great fit for you?Our team has years of experience in the retail energy industry, here in Australia and internationally, and have now come together to build a better energy partner for the Australian people.
