DESCRIPTION In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: Ensure adherence to all relevant Health Safety & Environmental policies, and complete required documentation.Responsible for leading and mentoring a team of technicians and apprentices.Ensure your team achieves its KPI's to deliver results.Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth process from beginning to end.Be a hands-on tools supervisor from time to time, with minor repairs.RESPONSIBILITIES To be successful in this role you will need the following: Qualified Heavy Diesel Automotive Mechanic (Cert III) or equivalent (mobile plant) is required.Experience as a qualified technician, working with engine products.Experience in management is preferred but not essential.Strong communication and organisational skills in a high-pressure environment.QUALIFICATIONS Day-to-day processing of time sheets, toolbox talks, work permits.
