- using a variety of techniques such as user story mapping, process modelling, wireframesLiaising with internal and external stakeholders, including clients and partners, to understand their needs, expectations and requirementsFacilitating workshops to build a shared understanding of the problems to be solved and the Why's behind them, and the scope and priority of relevant features on our roadmapCollecting and analysing information and data to identify problems and opportunities, and evaluating optionsWorking with stakeholders to validate that devised solutions meet their needs and expectationsActing as a bridge between product managers, other stakeholders and the development team, facilitating effective communication, and negotiating solutions that align with both business goals and technical constraintsSupporting implementation by clarifying ambiguity in requirements, and working with the development team to ensure the solution is implemented as plannedEnsuring the developed solution achieves intended business objectives over stated requirementsHelping develop and implement continuous process improvements and best practicesWho we're looking for At Reapit, we prioritise hiring individuals who share our values and possess the right attitudes and behaviours for success.
