About the roleThe Finance Officer assists the School Leadership Team with a wide variety of financial and administrative functions to support the financial operations of the school.

Under the direction of the Principal, this position coordinates financial administration activities and provides support to ensure the school delivers on key reporting deadlines.

This is a diverse role where you will have the platform to showcase your financial knowledge and organisational skills.
You will work closely with Support Accountants, School Leadership Administration Team, Staff, Parents, and Suppliers.

About youTo succeed in this role you will demonstrate:
Initiative and attention to detail Effective communication dealing with various stakeholders Highly organised Sound judgement, confidentiality and discretion Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel BCE finance system - Microsoft Dynamics D365 - experience advantageous but not essential
Example of typical duties
Management of all school financials Billing and collection of school fees Reconciliation of accounts Cashier and banking duties Data entry Report preparation General administration functions
