Bachelor of Pharmacy.
Must satisfy Grade 2 classification as per Health Employees Pharmacists (State) Award.Registration: Full and unrestricted Pharmacist Registration with AHPRASelection Criteria:Demonstrated excellent communication skills (written, verbal and interpersonal)Demonstrated extensive experience in clinical hospital pharmacy with satisfactory pharmacy dispensing experience in Australia (or equivalent)Demonstrated excellent therapeutic knowledge and ability to exercise a high level of initiative in the application of pharmaceutical principles to clinical practiceDemonstrated organisational skills and the ability to prioritise work and manage time to meet deadlinesDemonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team with a high degree of self-motivation and ability to effect practice changeExcellent time management with attention to detailRequisition ID: REQ522048Applications Close: 06th January 2025People with disabilities who meet the selection criteria are encouraged to apply; and where required, WSLHD will implement reasonable adjustment consistent with industry standard.Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander people are encouraged to apply.
