About the role Leadership: The Practice Lead for this role is Toli Papageorgiou, based in Melbourne.
Toli is a dynamic leader, manager, technologist, and consultant with a strong passion for understanding client business needs and delivering outcomes that positively impact their customers.
In parallel, he is dedicated to ensuring a growing and profitable practice with a focus on developing the talent within the practice, and working closely with our PMO to consistently meet and exceed customer expectations.
Toli is looking to grow the team with fresh talent as part of Insight, especially as we bring Modern work and Security to the forefront in 2025.
As a Senior Consultant, you are recognised as an engineering-level specialist in the domain of Modern Work and Security.
Your expertise and experience make you a trusted set of hands for the execution of project activities assigned to you.
Your proficiency in navigating the complexities of Modern Work and Security solutions, coupled with your strategic approach to project execution, positions you as a valuable asset in driving successful outcomes for our enterprise and government customers.

We are looking for a Senior Consultant with the following capabilities: Experience with Identity and Access Management in Entra, Entra Domain Services, Entra Connect, SAML, OpenID Connect/OAuth, Azure AD App Proxy, SCIMExperience with Microsoft traditional technologies such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and PKIExperience with Purview: Azure Information Protection, Office 365 and Endpoint Data Loss Prevention, Cloud App Security will be highly regardedExperience with M365 migration and consolidation projects; EOL, SPO, OneDrive, Teams, Teams chats; experience with Power BI and Power App migrations will be highly regardedExperience with migration toolsets from vendors such as AvePoint, Quest, and BitTitanExperience with Microsoft Enterprise Mobility and Security for Microsoft Windows; Intune, Configuration Manager, Co-Management, Hybrid-join, Autopilot, Conditional Access baseline security policiesExperience with query and scripting such as PowerShell and KustoRelevant Associate MS Certifications in M365, Identity & Security, Azure;Knowledge and understanding of foundational security and networking principalsDemonstrated project delivery, autonomy and time management skillsComfortable with presenting and communicating technical solutionsStrong written (documentation) and verbal communication skillsWhat you can expect: We're legendary for taking care of you, your family and for helping you engage with your local community.
