If you are a budding Logistics specialist with a view to grow your career in the luxury space, we welcome you to apply nowHOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?Reporting to the Logistics & Trade Compliance Manager, this role is responsible for coordinating the daily activities of the Logistics and Supply Chain functions in an accurate and efficient manner, in accordance with customs and local authorities' procedures and regulations within the set allocated timeframe.CITES ManagementCites Permit application and acquittalsVerify overseas supplier re-export Cites PermitCites Permit inventory controlSAP TransactionsProcessing of Inbound and Outbound orders (IDNs/ODNs)Monitoring of Inbound and Outbound ordersPerform PGR & PGI (Post Goods Receipt and Issue)Processing of Return Orders (RFC1/RTV1)Inbound Shipments (Import)Co-ordinate with forwarderOutbound Shipments (Export)Export shipment bookingPrepare re-export Cites permitCoordinate with forwarderDomestic DeliveriesOrganize deliveries of POSM with 3rd Party Logistics Service ProviderEnsure compliance with Group's transportation guidelinesStock ManagementConduct periodic cycle countPick and pack stocks for photoshoots and eventsHOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?We believe in shared success and understanding that with your actions you elevate your team.
