We're seeking a visionary Director of Rooms to lead the front-line operations of this luxury lifestyle hotel.
In this pivotal role, you'll shape the guest experience from arrival to departure, ensuring every detail exceeds expectations.

As the Director of Rooms, you'll play a central role in defining the guest experience and contributing to the hotel's reputation as a leader in luxury hospitality.
This role offers the chance to:
Lead with Impact: Build, guide, and inspire a high-performing team across Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping, and Guest Services.

WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Operational Leadership: Oversee day-to-day operations of the Rooms Division, ensuring smooth, efficient, and guest-focused service.
Implement and uphold luxury brand standards, monitoring quality and consistency across all touchpoints.
Serve as a key member of the executive team, contributing to strategic planning and decision-making.
Guest Experience: Champion guest satisfaction, addressing feedback proactively and elevating every interaction.
Drive personalized service initiatives, fostering memorable moments at every stage of the guest journey.
Team Development: Mentor and empower department leaders, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and growth.
Recruit, train, and retain talent, building a team that thrives on delivering exceptional service.
Financial Performance: Manage budgets, forecasting, and P&L performance for the Rooms Division.
Optimize revenue through strategic rate management and upselling opportunities.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to workplace safety regulations, sustainability practices, and brand policies.
Conduct regular audits and quality checks to maintain operational excellence.
