Full timeAngle Auto Finance is an independent financier in Australia, bringing a modern platform and a flexible business approach to help more Australians with their car purchase.The Facilities & Procurement Specialist role reports to the Head of Procurement and is responsible for maintaining our corporate facilities nationally and providing assistance to the business in line with procurement policy and process.In this role you will have the opportunity to ensure the business operates efficiently through the optimisation of process and maintaining a safe and productive environment.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the facilities located nationally, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.Safety/emergency managementCoordination of office and facilities repairs, maintenance and improvementsManagement of facilities suppliers including landlordsProject Management for new locations, site refurbishments and make good on existing locationsSupport Head of Procurement in the delivery of procurement and facilities strategiesEnsure policy and processes are fully documented, visible to stakeholders and followedEngage with stakeholders to understand business needs and provide support with supplier engagement via conducting RFXs, due diligence, meetings and ongoing contract managementMaintain the contracts register for all 3rd party supplier contractsDevelop supplier and sub-category strategiesQualifications:Bachelor's degree in related discipline (preferred)Experiences:Proven experience in procurement processes (preferred)Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in procurement software and facilities management systems.Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing procurement and facilities.Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.How to apply:Select the 'Apply' button above to send your resume through to the Talent Acquisition team.Angle Auto Finance is committed to attracting, retaining and strengthening the performance of a diverse, equitable and inclusive workforce.
