We have a new opportunity for a Buyer's Assistant to join our team
We are looking for a driven, enthusiastic individual to support the Buyers in all aspects of the day-to-day running of the department, as well as assist with buying functions for our MFG - Munro Footwear Group brands.
Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end order process (both internal and external suppliers)Ownership of the supplier relationship; ensuring follow-up and accountability of deliveries to reach stores in a timely fashionWork closely with the Marketing Team providing samples and assisting with EDMsManage data integrity and accuracy of buy plansMaintain relevant and effective reporting systemsManage timely confirmation and communication of all replenishment requests from the BuyerAssist in the analysis of category product performance, macro market (domestic & international), direct competitor, customer and store feedbackAd-hoc projects and administrationAbout You Previous clerical or admin experiencePrevious experience working in a retail environment, footwear-specific experience, an advantageExperience working with a large volume of internal and external stakeholders; qualifications in fashion or business (preferable)Experience using a CMS such as Retek or ERP system such as M3 (preferable)Excel proficiencyExcellent verbal and written communicationAbility to multitask and prioritise workExcellent time management skillsAbility to work collaboratively as part of a successful teamWhat we offer Generous employee discount for you and your immediate familyAn extra 4 days a year of 'Life Leave'Flexible Paid Parental LeaveA Competitive Salary PackageCareer Growth and development opportunities with a fun & friendly teamThrough our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) you'll have access to professional and confidential counselling and support servicesYou're not expected to have 100% of the skills listed above, we want you to grow and mature with the rest of the organisation.
