Initial 6 month contract 2-3 days working in Sydney CBD, WFH flexibility $135-$140 per hour incl super A leading international Software Organisation is seeking an Experience Architect to join their team for an initial 6 month engagement, as part of the Transformation Consulting team.
In this role you will combine strategic insights, innovative solutions, and cutting-edge technology to deliver meaningful outcomes.
As part of their Transformation Consulting team, the Experience Architect plays a pivotal role in shaping the human-centred vision that drives these transformations.
About the Role: We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Salesforce Experience Architect for a 6-month contract in Sydney.

Responsibilities: Leading Experience Design streams on customer transformation projects, you will collaborate with Salesforce architects and business consultants to define and design the target state vision and enable the Salesforce solution.
This includes: Conducting rapid user research, building on existing customer insights.
Guiding Salesforce and customer teams through co-design/design thinking processes.
Collating and presenting findings and insights for co-creation workshops, including persona definition, pain points, challenges, and opportunities.
Defining, designing, and facilitating design workshops.
Defining and illustrating target state journeys for key moments/moments of truth.
Planning and facilitating prototyping, including presentation and testing with stakeholders.
Producing wireframes and visual designs for key moments and building narratives of the target state.
Collaborating with Solution Architects and Technical Architects to link epics and user stories to UI designs.
Working with the build team to integrate appropriate design systems.
Supporting the project team with branding and visual designs for documentation and presentations.
Presenting at showcases.
Formalizing overall deliverables from the design thinking process and presenting them to project and executive-level stakeholders.
Skills & Experience: 15+ years of experience in services and tech product design.
Recognized experience in professional services/consulting.
Experience implementing CRM solutions (Salesforce experience is a significant advantage).
Resourcefulness, adaptability, and comfort with ambiguity.
Exceptional stakeholder management skills.
Proven team leadership experience.
Ability to scope and plan design activities within a larger transformation roadmap.
Excellent executive presentation and storytelling skills.
Expertise in workshop design and facilitation.
Strong visual design and branding skills.
Experience with design systems and Agile delivery methodologies.
Proficiency in tools such as Miro, Jira, Figma, and the Adobe Suite.
