Responsibilities:
Analyse project specifications to develop accurate cost estimations.
Collaborate with the sales team to create detailed 2D mark-ups.
Assist in preparing comprehensive quotations and reports.
Develop and maintain detailed quote sheets.
Work closely with drafters to ensure alignment with project requirements.
Provide daily progress updates to the Drafting & Design Manager.
Participate in the effective implementation of the Quality Management System.

Education & Skills: A degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields is preferred.

Language Skills: Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this role.
You will constantly collaborate with our sales team in Australia, requiring clarity and professionalism in your interactions.
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in CAD is a must.
Familiarity with 3D modelling software is an added advantage, and strong skills in Microsoft Office are required to excel in this role.
Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to work, with a focus on quality control and precision, is crucial.
Construction Knowledge: A solid understanding of construction standards and practices is highly desirable.
Location: The successful candidate will be required to work on-site at our facility in Jogja.
