About Us:Toyota Tsusho South Pacific Holdings Pty Ltd (TTSPH) is a subsidiary of Toyota Tsusho Corporation (TTC) and is the headquarters for the South Pacific division.
Based in South Brisbane, TTSPH supports seven (7) of our directly owned affiliated Toyota Distributors within the South Pacific, namely Papua New Guinea, Fiji, Vanuatu, Solomon Islands, Samoa, American Samoa, and Tonga.
TTSPH are also authorised resellers of Hino, Yamaha and Massey Ferguson, as well as used vehicles, car rentals and fuel stations.
The HR community consists of HR Generalists, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Analytics and Learning and Development professionals, within Brisbane and across the region.What you'll be doing:As a HR Coordinator, you will be a dynamic individual who will support the TTSPH HR function.
Your day-to-day responsibility will include recruitment and selection, HR administration including contract development, analytics and reporting, Learning and Development administration, and supporting on strategic projects.
Key aspects of the role include: Prepare, collate, and distribute all monthly HR reports to Management.
Assist with annual salary reviews and bonus administration.
Prepare job descriptions, job advertisements and arrange placement in the media, internally and on the company's employment website.
Arrange interview panels, interview guides and coordinate interview arrangements, type interview notes and conduct reference checks.
Provide recommendation on policy, forms, guidelines and Standard Operating Process's (SOP).
Co-ordinate international moves for expatriates and their families in conjunction with the Administration Manager.
Collate and input data into the HR information system.
Maintain and update the organisation charts and personnel records.
Support the L&D function as required.
What you'll bring to the team: A collaborative and team-based attitude with the perspective of achieving through mutual success.
Understanding of HR best practices.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Experience with data entry and proficiency with Excel.
Learning agility and willing to support HR activities.
iChris experience would be ideal.
This opportunity is based in TTSPH Brisbane Office.
