Perioperative Scrub / Scout Nurse – Calvary Central Districts Hospital
Permanent Part Time / Casual Position Make a difference at one of Australia's Leading health care providersGenerous Salary packaging benefits, ongoing professional development and supportive team environmentAbout the role Take responsibility to ensure all aspects of patient care are of the highest standard.Be responsible for patient assessment, planning of care, giving and supervising safe and compassionate care, and evaluating the effectiveness of care.Be accountable and autonomous; act in the best interests of patients at all times and take responsibility for own actions and decisions.You will be joining a team of passionate professionals driven to provide safe, holistic nursing care to each individual patient to achieve optimal outcomes.
This very exciting opportunity for an experienced scrub / scout nurse to join us @ CCDH, at a time in which we are preparing for the opening of our new hospital.
What to bring AHPRA RegistrationAbility to work unsupervised, proficiently and in an organised manner during periods of high demand and activity and provide Clinical Leadership.Demonstrated communication, interpersonal skills and customer service skills.A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission-based organisation.A desire to share your experiences and participate in the future growth and development of the unit, and assist in the education to staff within the perioperative unit.Commitment to ongoing professional development and quality improvements.Why Work for Calvary?
