The plant will be the largest in Australia and one of the largest in the world, installing the most sustainable production processes. The project is expected to generate 2,000 jobs during the construction phase, whilst delivering sustained benefits to the local community through career, training and business opportunities.We are currently searching for a Senior Project Engineer with a focus on Civil and working on 19:9 rotation to join our team on Project Ceres. These are just a few words that describe you.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget.Coordinate project activities and report on project progress, ensuring timely and successful completion.Provide technical guidance and oversight for civil engineering designs and solutions.Mentor and lead civil engineering team.Review and approve engineering plans, specifications, and calculations.Track project performance, analyze deviations, and implement corrective actions as needed.Act as the primary point of focus for clients, ensuring their requirements are met and expectations are managed.Monitor expenditures and track project costs against the budget.Implement quality control processes to ensure that deliverables are met.Prepare and submit necessary permits and documentation required for project approvals.Identify, assess, mitigate, monitor and review issues and risks, as well as opportunities.We have created an environment that brings out the best in our people.
