About the RoleWe are looking for a driven Junior Corporate Lawyer to join our client's National Corporate team.
This role offers a unique opportunity for hands-on training and career development in corporate law.
You'll work on a variety of exciting projects, gaining exposure to diverse clients, and collaborating with experienced practitioners.
You'll enjoy a high level of autonomy, while also working closely with partners and supporting the mentoring of junior team members.
Key Responsibilities: Assist with commercial contracts and agreementsConduct legal research and analysisSupport client consultations and meeting preparationsParticipate in due diligence and transactional workAbout You 1-3 years of post-admission experience in corporate lawFamiliarity with joint ventures, acquisitions, disposals, and capital raisingKnowledge of the Corporations Act, ASX Listing Rules, and corporate complianceExperience in the energy and resources sectors is a plusStrong written and verbal communication skillsEffective time management and ability to prioritize tasksCollaborative team player with a supportive mindsetProactive and eager to develop your careerThe PerksOur client offers a range of employee benefits to support your well-being, including:

You will work with medium-sized growth companies in the Energy & Resources and Technology sectors, assisting clients with capital raisings, share and asset acquisitions, directors' duties, joint ventures, and general commercial advice.
