This is a permanent, full-time role.Project/Contract administration tasks including document management and related reporting;End to end accounts payable, accounts receivable, and invoicing;Provision of administrative support to various Project Managers across the organisation;Provision of input into preparation of project documents and tender submissions;Organisation of project mobilisation and associated logistics, e.g. transport, accommodation, etc.;Contribute to overall compliance with company management systems (QA, OHS, etc);Backup support for general administration duties where required.About you:The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:Solid experience in accounts payable/receivable or in bookkeeping/admin roles;A tertiary qualification in accounting or bookkeeping is desired;A firm understanding of accounting policies, including GST;Strong skills and experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook;Demonstrated attention to detail, excellent organisational and time management skills;Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken;Ability to work in a big team and be flexible;Ability to take charge of tasks and work independently within a team;Experience in a similar role is a bonus;Experience working with the Xero and/or MYOB accounting package would be viewed favourably.Why you should work for Talis:At Talis, we value our people and are committed to providing our employees with a working environment that enables you to work to your full potential.Some other benefits of working at Talis include:Open and supportive leadership environment;Join a friendly and dynamic work culture;Fun staff events and activities;Competitive salary package;Onboarding buddy program and access to Employee Assistance Program;Central based office in Leederville close to public transport and parking;Flexible working conditions.Apply:Talis celebrates diversity and inclusion within our organisation.
