Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will: Lead: drive a service culture that brings the Nike brand to life.Coach: provide leadership, people development and feedback to elevate the team.
You will be involved in hiring top talent, training, performance management, as well as succession and career planning.Drive: assist the team to achieve targets and KPIs by unlocking their potential.Inspire: care about the team and, most importantly, have fun.WHAT YOU BRING: A passion for the Nike brand.Area Management or Multi-Site experience from a large retail or hospitality environment, or experience leading large teams (40+ employees).The ability to build, lead and manage large, high-performing teams.Strong strategic, problem solving, and influencing skills.The ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Sound computer proficiency.WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
